Return Policy

Returned goods policy:

If you find that the goods are damaged or inconsistent after receiving the goods, please contact us within 2 days from the date of receipt, and it will take 7 working days to return / return the goods to us.

(Return in person at the return center / SF mail delivery return)

Please follow the instructions to properly package the following items to be returned. The returned products must include:

-Original box

-Problematic goods

-Product original label

-Instructions (if any)

-Related gifts

-All accessories


After the product is recalled, we will check whether the condition of the product meets the requirements of the return policy.

Once the return is approved, we will send back a brand new or correct item for replacement, and the shipping cost will be borne by our company.


We have the right to reject the customer's return request in the following situations:

1. The goods were damaged, but no replacement was requested on the spot when receiving the goods

2. Return requirements beyond the return period

3. Any product that has been opened, used or damaged for personal reasons

4. Customer delivery documents are missing or incomplete

5. Products are not provided by us

6. There is no quality problem in the goods themselves

7. There is a problem of color difference between the picture and the real thing


* Guests should consider the shipping risk before purchasing. If they are damaged or lost during the shipping, the guests shall bear the losses themselves.

* Once payment is made, orders cannot be cancelled for any reason.
