Payment Options:

1. Scanning QR Codes

You can make payment by scanning the QR Codes of Octopus App, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay HK and PayMe. After scanning the code, you need to input the order amount and click "OK" to complete the payment.




2. Credit cards and Apple Pay

Customers need to fill in the credit card information. The payment will be processed shortly. (There's a 3.4% commission on each charge)




3. Bank Transfer

Shipment and Arrival Notice

After you complete the payment, we will arrange the delivery as soon as possible.


Self-pickup:We will notify the customer to pick up the goods after we have prepared. Please pick up the goods at the store within one month after receiving the notification.


Courier service: We will arrange to deliver the goods shortly after receiving the orders. The order status will change to "Shipped". Depending on the delivery method selected by the customer, the delivery time varies from 3 to 7 days. After the goods arrive, the customer will receive the pickup code, and please go to the designated location to collect the goods within 24 hours.


Home delivery: We will contact you before delivery. The driver will call again to inform you before they arrive. Please pay attention to our call/ message.
