Pickup Methods

1. In-store pickup

Please go to [Room A1, 11/F, Tonic Industrial Centre Block A, 19 Lam Hing St, Kowloon Bay] for self-pickup during business hours.

 

Opening Hours：(Mon-Fri) 09:00am-06:00pm / (Sat) 09:00 am-1:00pm / Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays

 

We will notify the customers to pick up the goods after we prepared them. Please collect the goods within one month after receiving the notification.

 

When you come to pickup, please provide the order number, phone number and your name as the reference.

2. Alfred Delivery （Smart Locker $25/ Pick-up Point $45）

We will delivery the goods within 7 working days (except for pre-ordered items)

By using Alfred Express, the total weight of the goods is limited to 5KG, and additional fees will be charged for overweight goods!

Estimated delivery time with Alfred Express is 7 working days.

3. SF EXPRESS （Pay on delivery， Charge by weight)

Depending on the weight/volume of the cargo, the charges are as follows:

4. Delivery to home

GOGOVAN收費視乎送貨地點與貨物重量，約$60-$100不等，不包括偏遠地區。

請客人於訂單上註明送貨地址及送貨時間（如有指定時間），以作安排。我們會於送貨前通知客戶準備送貨。

如是預訂貨品，貨到便會通知送貨時間及安排。
訂單金額滿$600，即可享有全單免運費之優惠 (指定商品並不適用於本優惠) ，包括全港地區屋宛或工商地區(偏遠/離島地區除外)。
