Description

Derived from the seed shell of Plantago Ovata, a plant in India, it contains more than 90% water-soluble fiber. It absorbs water and becomes sticky when exposed to water. It is often used to improve defecation and baking.

How to eat

Promote intestinal peristalsis and improve poor defecation: add 5 grams of psyllium husk powder to 100 ml of warm water, stir and then add 150 ml of water for drinking, 2 to 3 times a day.
